On enrolment, your child will be allocated to his/her key worker within his/her age group. This member of staff will have the responsibility of your child's care. That means, she will assess, plan and evaluate your child's needs on a day to day basis and will keep you informed of the progress. Parents with any worries or questions should feel free to speak to the key worker. Though your child has got an allocated key worker, the staff will work closely as a team and will always handover care to one another so that if the key worker is not around, any member of staff can take over the care and will be able to answer any questions.
