Door and passwords
To ensure that we are operating with the safety of your child in mind we have certain security procedures:

At the front of the nursery you will ring the door bell, this is linked to an intercom system which allows us to see and hear who is outside.
If we do not recognise you or you have sent someone else to collect your child then the allocated member of staff will ask you or them for the password, no-one will be allowed to enter the nursery until this has been checked and we are satisfied with who is collecting the child.

We must ask that you do not let any other parents / carers into the nursery premises. This is for yours and your child's safety.
Only allocated members of staff will be able to open the door and access passwords.

Webcam

The webcam can be accessed by logging onto our web site www.simbasdaynursery.co.uk
Once onto the site you will click on the webcam link, this is a protected sit and only parents will be given the passwords to link up to this, therefore no-one else can access the footage. Each parent will be given a password depending on the age of their child, you will only be able to access your child's age group, and a separate password will be used for the garden area.
