Parents are strongly advised to read through the terms and conditions relating to the registration of your child. Once you have read and signed this document it will act as a legally binding contract.
DEPOSITS If there are no spaces available on registration, your child will be placed on a waiting list and the waiting list will operate on a first come basis. Available spaces will depend on the age of your child and the number of sessions required. A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of registration.
Before your child is due to start, we will contact you to arrange some visits for you and your child. Children will attend a week before they are due to start, for several hours each day, this will be free of charge. This helps your child to get used to the nursery environment and start to build relationship with the staff and other children in the presence of their parents/guardian.
On arrival, the children are given a warm welcome each morning. All the children begin their day by having breakfast and everything that follows will be governed by a curriculum that helps children to discover their potentials, in a safe environment. For example, some will discover how to dictate shapes.
Though we are open from 7.30 am to 6 pm, parents who have booked a full day may leave and collect their children anytime during that period. Unless adequate notification is given for emergency late collection of children, a late fee of £5 will be charged per child (See policies and procedures). For children attending a half day, the same late charge fee applies.
For your child's safety, the nursery will only release a child to the parents/guardian unless we have been supplied with full details in writing of other person's' and a photograph we will not release the child. Please note that only person's' above the age of 16 can collect your child.
